Use of the site

The Site is provided for information about the Venue and its events. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Tickets & reservations

• Tickets and RSVPs are processed by third parties, including Eventbrite. Their terms and refund policies apply to those transactions.
• Table reservations and bottle service are subject to availability, minimums, and Venue policies communicated at the time of booking.
• "Free before 11 PM" and similar offers require a valid RSVP and are subject to capacity and door discretion.

Entry & conduct

• Entry is 21 and over with valid government-issued ID. The dress code and house rules apply.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for any lawful reason, including intoxication or unsafe conduct.
• All persons and bags are subject to search.

Events & changes

Lineups, dates, and programming may change or be canceled. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Site current but do not guarantee accuracy of every listing.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the West 8 name, logos, photos, and copy, is owned by or licensed to West Eight Nightclub and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers & liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Eight Nightclub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
